lighting question

help me choose

ok, im bringing one of my tanks from the basement and i cant decide which one. it all depends on the lights giving off enough par to the corals in the sand bed. i have a 90g and a 105. both share the same dimensions except the 105g is 29in tall. i will be using a 8-10 bulb t-5 retro fit light. so my question is do i set up the 25in tall 90g or the 29in tall 105g?

mixed, and the tank i dont use i sell so i need to be sure. i really want to use the 105 but i dont want to have to throw on my halides a month down the road and regret all the work and the 90 being gone

i used to have it set up, it was not that bad. the 300g with a 2x2 access panel 7 feet off the ground is a pain to clean. oh and its acrylic
