I am currently starting a 220g build I currently have a 80g with 2 radion g4 pros which are great but I think I am experiencing some shading on a large colony so moving forward with the bigger tank I would not mind seeing what everyone thinks about certain brands or lights

Have you considered maybe doing your radions with a T5 suppliment? That way you get to keep your already awesome radions, but add the coverage of T5's :)

I second @crabs_mcjones . Potentially adding a third Radion plus T5 supplements. If you didn't have any lights yet I'd normally also suggest 3-4 Kessil A360NE narrow angles plus T5 if this is a 72x24x30 deep tank to get PAR deep but if you have two XR30W Pros, these would be perfect with a third one plus T5 for the deep PAR on a 30" deep tank with two braces across the top.
