Lights for 180.

Standard 180, with the braces , I suppose at 2 and 4 foot mark left to right, is used with a 4 bulb aquatic life hybrid fixture, how many 500 lights would you suggest ? Or is it more advantageous to use smaller lights? Hope to be strictly acros and montis

With a four foot aquatic life fixture I'd do either 3 500x (you'd have to raise the fixture higher though) or do 3 ap9x with the t5 and you could grow any acros
