Lights too bright?

How do I tell if my light is to bright? I have a Ai color vega. i have it over a 36 bow. FOWL right now.

I meant you only have a FOWLR so the lights aren’t too bright for the fish and yes that light can support sps

she's not much. going to do some upgrading.

You need a light meter to know if the light is indeed too bright - our eyes are horrible judges of such things. That being said, the vega is not a light power house by any means, but was adequate for most things when well placed.
