I was about to post this and see it was clarified. Im just glad I refused to order ever again. I would stop any recent payments made, Block them as a merchant via bank and force chargebacks if you paid and never gotten goods BEFORE the chapter case is closed through the courts. Just like Vertex and Reef Keepers, they have up'd and Adam and left customers hanging.

While this could be the case abandonment could also mean handing over the inventory to interested parties without market or any compensation. They would have to get permission to do this as the fish are currently listed as assets, which they cannot just give away without permission.

I wouldn't touch them with a 10-mile long pole though.
