Unfortunately, I ordered supplies. However, it is all perishable frozen fish food (I have 40+ tanks). Hopefully they don't send me expired crap. I'm more so curious whether they'll honor the 300 dollars in credit I have from them. Worst comes to worst I can file a chargeback

Update on the order: Ordered 90 16oz spirulina mysis and brine flatpacks and 60 16oz brine shrimp flatpacks. Received everything, though unfortunately no hamsters were included. However, they did only apply a hundred or so dollars of the credit I had. I emailed them about the other amount, but they still haven't replied.
Nevertheless, even if they come up with some bull**** reason to not apply the remaining 250 in credit, I'm honestly quite satisfied. Without the credit, I'm paying ~$7.3/lb (with the incomplete credit it came out to $6.48/lb) for some genuinely not bad fish food. I've found their fish food to have a higher meat to liquid ratio than some other commercial brands. The flat rate 30 bucks shipping is certainly unmatched too.
I now have another issue to deal with. I realized I was ordering the 8oz packs in the past and grossly underestimated how much freezer space I had. Turns out, I ordered a literal extra year worth of food. My freezer is now full and I still have a box and a half of this stuff to store. Ordered a freezer off of a mazon thats supposed to arrive tomorrow. Times like this makes me appreciate paying for prime.
Going through the other threads, it sounds like live aquaria just renewed their domain for another 4 years. Hopefully, they don't cease all operations. I need them to keep on selling fish to subsidize the price of their fish food and force the quality to not get too bad.

That's great to hear. The 1st day their website came back online, I used their online chat to ask when they would ship my borbonious anthias order. I got an AI response that simply said they would email me a response. That never came. I went to their chat again, got the same response, and also never got an email response. I never bothered to call their CS number. I only purchase through DD, and noticed that they stopped adding new fish at 3pm PST daily like they used to. At one point they had 3 WI facilities. One warehouse for dry goods, one for their coral farm and DD stuff, then the third was their retail store. From the pictures, it doesn’t look like the coral farm building is for sale yet and they still list a lot of stock in WI.

Well, they still have not sent out the borbonius anthias I ordered nor have they responded to the 2 emails I sent inquiring about its status. Couldn't the black friday sale be another name for liquidation?

The ReefBuilders article is clickbait garbage -- one more "trusted" source happy to promote the possibility that they asked permission to kill the fish or let them rot. So much for Raj spending countless hours researching the details.

I would assume that to be the case. Maybe if the judge does grant their abandonment request, you can scoop up their inventory for pennies!
