Living in a Garage to keep my 10 gallon reef

Hi R2R! I'm new here and I started my first reef tank around 4 months ago. I'm hooked. I'm already planning out what the infinity shark pond will look like in my home 10 years down the line... someday. Anywho, I'm moving to a large house with 14 roommates who have a strict no pets rule. After some arguing back and forth, they told me I can bring my tank with me (moving is going to be a nightmare) as long as I live in the garage... so I'm doing it! Apparently leaky plumbing has already damaged the main house and they don't want to take any chances with my infinity tank. No hot water out in the garage, but I'm sure I'll find a way to make it work. I can't wait to learn from you all! Here's my homemade infinity tank

Welcome to R2R! Nice looking tank. Very unique. I may get sacrificed in the reefing community but I don't think I am dedicated enough to live in a garage for the privilege of keeping my tank. Haha
