Loctite Putty

Tried searching but didn't find anything, probably for a reason, but I'll ask anyway.

Has anyone used either of the loctite putty's below in a tank? I'd be more inclined to use the 'underwater' version, I may trial it out, but curious if anyone else ever gave it a go..
