I have two fairly large Longspine Urchins in my 150g predator/aggressive tank to act as my cleanup crew since the triggers and eel eat all the snails and crabs. By question is are the urchins known to kill fish? I had a very large clown in the tank and found one of the urchins eating his remains last week. I suspect that he dies and the urchin was just doing his job but not sure. I also noticed last night that my foxface has what appears to be a puncture wound on his side. Are Longspine Black Urchin known killers?

No. They are scavenger that eat what they find on the substrate. Won't hunt down a healthy fish :)
