Superman Monti from Cherry Corals. Been doing worse and worse after initially showing some growth. Can't seem to keep brown algae off it, even after a h202 dip. Color significantly lighter, but lower light spot didn't help. Been fighting dinos, raising nutrients to combat, but no chemical additions. Currently in high light and highest flow possible. Most other sps doing good to great.

do you grow any algae in yoiur sump???
Have sump/fuge, first chaeto ball didn't make it due to low nutrients. Finally getting hair algae and diatoms to grow in DT in lieu of dinos.

your tank is probably still maturing, I've had similar issues in the past. Do you have a lot of livestock in your tank???
Quite possibly, it's only 4 months old. Currently have about 18 coral frags and 4 fish.

also the peroxide can really bleach sps corals. if you use peroxide on them it can really mess them up. your phosphates and nitrates don't seem out of range. I think the dinos will subside with time you might have to keep blowing it off of corals though. My Led grow light really works well, sometimes my cheato will double in size in a couple weeks.
