Lost a frag...

Lost a frag... (UPDATE: I FOUND IT!)

Received 13 frags, carried 13 frags home in the car from work...floated 13 frag bags (or so I thought), but only opened 12

Oh where oh where did my little frag go...

I even know which one it is, I looked at it when I got the package. I checked all over the tank and the house, can't find it. Crap :squigglemouth:

HAHA Nah it's funny man, because I am completely baffled. Some of the bags sank, however, I looked in and around all of my rock work and still nothing. Hope it turns up today...

So almost 2 weeks later... Sunday night I was cleaning up around the tank and lo and behold, I found the frag buried down in a box of stuff that was sitting next to my tank. There was barely any water left, but remarkably the frag looked ok. I didn't even bother acclimating, I just put him in the tank and figured he wouldn't last the night. So I checked it this morning and he is doing just fine! I can't believe he survived for that long in hardly any water.

It was just a Red War Coral, pretty hardy I guess.

"Hardy" doesn't even begin to describe this thing by the sounds of it. Imagine what the salinity was in the bag if that much water evaporated... and then a crash acclimation into the DT. That's impressive!!
