Lowering Red Sea Hanging Kit?

I have the Red Sea 90w light and it is on the red sea hanging kit. Well..... A friend thought it would be funny to see how high it can go.... Is there any way to lower it back down?

Lol. Yes you just push on the top with your fingernail to release the cord. Be careful to support it as it will drop.
