LPS help

[HKAVR45]

I posted the thread below in the General forum, but I'm hoping to get this in front of some LPS specialists. So far I've lost about 50% of my LPS and the rest is starting to decline too. As you can see from my initial post, all parameters look good. I'm thinking bacterial/disease and I have no clue how to put an end to this without letting it run its course and finish off the rest of my LPS.
