Major De-Capitation

Tonight it was orange/red....tomorrow it will be the purple. Orange and Purple Cap grows like a weed in my tank. Tonight I had it with the orange.....Here's what I pulled out tonight. I've tried giving it away, but people say they want it, and then never show up. So unfortunately, in the trash it goes.

I am sure both @Redneckreef90 and @rebekwl are upstanding reefers, and you'd come to get some of these frags if you lived close by. Unfortunately, I've repeatedly posted on our local forum to give stuff away, and the majority of folks that say they are coming are no-shows!!!! Frustrating waiting for these people to show.....cleaning my skimmer....changing the filter sock....cleaning the glass...to make everything pretty...AND NOBODY SHOWS UP. I'd love to give it away, and hate to say it, but it's just easier to toss it away.

I've had the same experience, I started posting it for a price and got legit buyers... Something about it being free seems to drive away the legit people..
I especially loved the people who would ask if you would deliver the free frag to them, 45 minutes across the city..

Are you in the Dallas area. Seems to be the norm for around here. What is worse is the ones that will string you along for hours by calling and making excuses for why they are late but still don't show.

Yep, in the midcities. Drives me nuts!
I will say offering it for trade has also worked out more often than as a freebie.
