I just dosed chemiclean in my tank for some cyano I had and also some random VERY slow STN in my wild colonies. I am hoping this will help not only the cyano but stop that STN as I believe it is bacterial. I forget, did you add any bacteria back into your tank after the chemiclean or not?
Nothing from a bottle, but I did source some live rock that I believe helped. It was added about a month after treatment.

Got my hands on a few scrapings of browned out ARC Fireworks. They have since colored up and are thinking about throwing out a branch.

Just stumbled across your thread and Your pictures are phenomenal! I looked through quite a few pages and could not see where you or if you stated your camera setup? Curious what it may be?

I use a Nikon D750 with a Tamron 90mm VC macro lens (F017). See more detail at post 231, thanks!

This specific colony has taken many many months to show any color other than the deep burgundy/brown. I think that might be part of it. They're very finicky and require patience at times.
I have had mine for 3 plus years and it’s finally not a brown turd

A month of growth on this one spurned me to change up my flow. The undertow from the MP40s has caused a discernible growth pattern and the bases in similar frags refuse to encrust on the side receiving the laminar current. I'm trying a pulse setting now and will hope for more symmetrical growth in the future. Maybe some less encrusting too! :)

One of my favorites. Had to clip this one and move away from the ever encrusting BC Belicose as it was beginning to cover the foundation tissue. I was a bit nervous to do so and kept putting it off, but it hasn't missed a beat since. A few locals inherited some nice frags in the aftermath.
