Mandarin goby

I have a red scotter blenny and I would like to get some mandrain gobys I got the tank from a guy a year ago he said he put 1000 copo pods in it 5 years ago how many gobys do you guys recamend I have 125 gal tank

It all depends on how much live rock you have, whether or not there is a sump with a refugium, and how many other fish you have that actively hunt pods.

The fact he put 1000 pods in it 5 years ago doesn't really mean much now imo.
