I have heard alot of good about these fixtures, and I plan on upgrading my old lighting system with them in the near future. Anyone have advice on another system for around the same price? I plan on using two-20.5inch fixtures at 160w(?) each. For around the same price can I get something better, aside from DIY kits? I dont feel comfortable enough with electrical to get into a DIY fixture. Currently running a t8 system in serious need of an upgrade.

I just got two of the Reef Builders economy fixtures for my 120g and I love them, can't beat the price on them ether.

I just got two 27" 16k fixtures and Im in the process of installing them into a canopy. I made the purchase during a 10% off Labor Day event at Marine Depot. For the money I spent along with the features these units have, I think it was the best value possible.

thanks, sorry for the mixup been reading so much about light fixtures lately its all starting to blur together lol. its my next major upgrade, then its time for a new skimmer lol. I may reconsider a DIY kit, with leds and t5s i have a couple more weeks til im ready to purchase. i really like the streamline look of the razor, its super thin...let me know how the it effects the water temp please and how your liking the color spectrum so far razor is the top of the list for me tho im researching apollos now as well.
