Maxspect rsx 200 setting and schedule?

Hi guys,
I got a Maxspect rsx 200 light recently. I want to hear suggestions for the channel settings and schedule.

First off, my tank details:
- Size 36 * 20 * 21 inches
- Currently have softies and Polyps
- Long term plan is to keep Lps dominated mixed reef
- The light is currently mounted at 6 inches heingth using the inbox mount

What would be good intensity setting for the channels? And what would be a good lighting schedule?

If anybody is using these lights on your tank, pls share a pic..

RSX lights are made up of clusters.
One cluster - 50W.
Each cluster has 4 channels.
There are two clusters in my lights - 100W.
Tank size: 61x41x58H cm. (24x16x22.8H inches)
Distance to water: 20 cm. (8 inches)
