Here is my entry:
Ricordea yuma
Nikon D750
100 mm macro
1/20
ISO 800
F 7.1
Definitely the brightest ric in my tank. Doesn't seem to want to form a colony though. Just drops babies every once in a while that tend to migrate away from momma.

I'm using an iPhone XR to try and take a picture of mine but it's not working I'm using an aquarium app to filter out the blues. Any tips from fellow reefers who take photos of there corals with the same phone?

Turn up the whites in your tank lights if you can, that’s what I do... works wonders.

Camera - Canon 6D Mkii
Lens - Tamron SP90mm f/2.8 Macro
Aperature - f/18
ISO - 20000
Shutterspeed - 1/80

Chose this subject because it's currently my only ricordea in the tank. I chose to blackout the surroundings and crop the subject to the right in order to bring out the color/bring focus to the ricordea itself.

Post - Lightroom for w/b and to clear up some noise from the 20,000 ISO & PS for quick selection tool/blackout background.
