Hey guys, just have a question regarding measuring par. Should I be measuring the par of my tank at the peak light intensity of my light schedule ? Or the middle of it?

I have a schedule where about 3 hours are at maximum intensity, before that is about 5 hours of 80% intensity. At what point should I be measuring my PAR?

Thanks!

It wouldn't hurt to check both ranges but peak intensity par is the most important
