For what? A company acting in bad faith is unfortunately very common. A CEO with alternative facts? Not against the law unless filed as official statements to controlling entities. If this was against the law then there would be a lot of former CEO's in jail. IMO, most of the governing statutes favor them for obvious reasons. Sad but true.Has anyone filed a complaint with the FTC?
