Missing shades in the box

Hello

I would like to share my experience in ordering 2x k7 pro lights with bracket, and 2x shades on the official Noopsyche website on the 20th of septembre.
Parcel received today. Well protected. No customs taxes.
Lights have been tested and light up.

But shades are missing from the package.

I emailed the seller and opened a Paypal claim, as it seems to be needed looking at similar issues on this forum.

I hope they will ship it quickly. 2 yo babies at home should not have a direct view on those lights.

I received a shipment notification by email the 12th of october.
Since, tracking stays on " 2024-10-10 15:45 DPD data centre, Order information has been transmitted to DPD."
I has been more than a month from the original order :confused:

So I you plan on using Noopsyche lights, you will need to be patient !

Received today with a lack of protection, shades were free to move inside the box. One is broken...

For now, more than 1.5 month after order :
- one light does not power (defective power cable according to my tests, waiting for the part to desolder/solder)
- one shade broken
