Mixed Reef Radion Schedule

Hi!

Thank is (going to be) mixed reef. Starting with zoas first and will slowly move “up” the tank to eventually include acros.

Trying to go for simple schedule - similar to WWC. 5 hours to start off with all channels on, followed by all whites turned off for 6.5 hours. Pictures attached.

Any thoughts on this?

Not sure which lights you have and don't know anything about your tank, but that seems like alot of light for initial starting of a tank. You want the bio film/ microfauna/ nutrients/ cuc/ coraline to get a foothold before blasting with light(that will fuel algea/dino growth). Almost guaranteed with dry rock start w/ high light. Ime, it's easier to never have had algea problems than it is to drag a tank back from being algea dominant..
Besides all that, alot of people start blue and ramp to a high noon/ white light period, then ramp back to blue before lights out.
