I had this same issue on mine I deleted the app and reinstalled although mine looked to be updated the new install looked different and all my issues went away.I’m having trouble connecting to my XR30 G5 as well. Mobius says there is a firmware update, but every time I try to run it, I get a “Request Timed Out” error.
