In the first picture, what is the coral to the right of it. Looks as if it was getting stung by that. Should recover fine away from that other one.

Could be a number of things. How are the other corals doing ? Tank numbers ok ?
What are your ideas?
The other corals are recovering, my Acropora and torch coral died last week for seemingly no reason and my birds nest died but somehow is coming back. The Monti only got two white spots then healed but now it’s worse.
I added carbon and a wrasse in case it was a pest or somthing and everything’s getting better

Numbers are all good, alk was on the lower side but in the healthy range

Really hard to say , too much flow , not enough light , stung by another coral , a pest eating at it , something in the water? Monti's ( for me ) have usually been pretty easy to keep. Hard to say without seeing everything thats going on. I know thats not much to go on

okay how much flow is too much flow?
how much light is not enough?
its too far from anything to of gotten stung
Its too fast for a pest Imo and I've got a melanarus wrasse that hopefully is eating them
I added carbon and the water is clearing up so I don't think its that

I’d check your par running carbon might have cleaned up the water enough to cause your par to jump and bleach.
