Antibiotics are very slow acting on fish. 10 days are the usual duration of dosing.
10 gallon would be the minimum suggested QT; I like 20 gallon. 40 if you are treating large fish.

Thanks Big G- Mines over 100 gal, think I got a bit carried away (thinking big tank reduces stress) I might go get a small one for medicating. So dose it once and leave for 10 days do you mean or dose it daily for 10 days (as the medications depletes from the system by itself over time)?

Once you receive the meds the packages should contain dosing instructions. One requires water changes after the first round of doses and again after the second round. I believe it’s the Furan 2. Beautiful fish.
