More Par?

just a quick question, I know alot depends on tank size and rock layouts but just wondering does AB+ or Saxby produce more par on a regular basis? I really like saxby and more coral seem to like it alot too. But I'm about to start some sps and just want to make sure I'm getting the most out of my lights for them.
