Hey guys! I just got my iPhone today, and love it so far! Other than my keyboard lagging slightly while typing this, I am in love! So what are some must have apps for the iPhone? Anything photography related? I don't want to spend a ton of money on apps, $2.99 is my max, lol, unless it's really worth it!

So what's are your must have applications?

I have heard of it, when you download it, will the sites be just the same as if I were viewing them from my laptop?

And I also noticed that my keyboard will lag on my phone while typing on reef2reef, but this is the only time it does that.

The site will be different on tapatalk way easier to upload photos and follow post your interested in or involved in, the site should be faster on tapatalk also I think you will really like it I rarely use the web for the site unless I'm editing my profile.

Ok, cool, I will try it out sometime and see if I like it! It seems like a lot of people use it!

It's not an app but the LifeProof case is awesome. It's waterproof! I take all of my coral pics with it.

Here is one I took today.

I also like tapatalk. It's really easy to upload photos on.

Wow! I didn't know theyade a water proof case for them! I just plan on buying the otter box and using it, lol

Other apps.... PayPal, eBay, Facebook, Craigslist, photobucket, iheartradio, find my iPhone, google earth, speed test,

Units <--- this is really handy for converting things.

Sleep cycle <-- it keeps track or how you sleep. I really like it. It also has a really neat alarm mode that will go off when your most awake.

The speed test shows how fast your wifi/4g/Internet is.

I would advise against a new otterbox. They have made them cheaper. It's what made me want to switch cases.

The last otterbox I had lasted 3 months. I am in now way rough on my stuff. The charge port door ripped off.

The first otterbox I had 3 years ago on my 3 is still going strong. It is now on a 3G my mom uses.

They used to be a lot better in my experience.

Really? Ok, I'll check out those cases then and see if they are worth it!

The cheapest I have found them is $62 shipped on eBay. They retail for 79.99 and are sold at best buy. It's worth it if you plan on putting it under water. :)

I don't plan on putting it underwater, lol, I just will be using the phone for business use!

I got tons of apps and games. I am addicted to my iPhone. I wish I could have more than 11 pages on the iPhone. I hate combining them. But I should.
If you like social games there is a few good ones. Words with friends, draw something. Zynga makes both and they have alot more.
Also there is a bunch of board games. EA makes monopoly , life, risk, battleship etc
Also angry birds is an obvious choice. Hehe

Good apps I love are live cam. You see public cameras all over the world. Some beautiful scenery from other countries.
Other great apps you could get is a QR reader for those squares you scan for stuff.
Social media apps like Facebook and twitter are obvious. Star map is a good one.
Batter doctor for charging.
Nook, amazon, photobucket,
Opera. Yahoo axis for web browsing
Also your local tv stations might have their apps.
If you have a reefkeeper there is a app to check your tank stats like some ppl have in their sigs on other sites. I have it on nanoreef. The app is called ireef

Music. I use ootunes to stream radio stations. Pandora, I heart radio and lastfm are great apps

If you have an iPhone 4 or 4s should use this trick to close apps not in use. If you don't they will reside and use up battery.
Double click your button and on the bottom there will be the apps you recently used. Press and hold your finger on them till they shake and have a red circle with a minus in it. Click the red circle to close them. It won't delete the app. Just closes it. Plus is good to use the dbl click to switch between apps on different pages.

I still havent downloaded the FB, Twitter, or any social media apps! lol

And yes! I have been using the "kill app" trick to well, kill my applications. lol, they will eat the battery so fast!

You have to press the top lock button and the home button at the same time and then it will do a screen shot, :D Its the same for the iPad, so I knew how to do that one!
