My Matted File Fish took care of my aptaisa in two weeks and has kept things in check. I saw three about two weeks ago and two day later they were gone

When did you put the file fish in? and as @Rob's Reef stated how is it going?

Here is an observation\experience I had..... I had aptasia all in my sump but not my display for years! Due to a heater going bonkers I lost a few species including my flame angel and lemon peel angel..... Aptasia return to the display soon after and someone said that one of them had an appetite for them so I added a flame angel back first and the aptasia kept coming so I added a lemon peel about 2 months later and now the aptasia are ALL GONE.....

Interesting combo for aptasia results.
I think each fish has individual feeding preferences.
I bet if i target feed the aptasia with reef roids something in the tank will use them as food source.
Just like tricking children to eat vegetables with something tasty

Lighting is 8 hydras.
