Hi Reefers, i'm Tofke from Belgium and here is my 6 years old tank, 70x70x70 cm, 340 liters, Ati Sirius X2, and a lot of bacteria, natural sea water change every 2 weeks and little refugeum with chaeto

What do you mean by a lot of bacteria?

thank you ! first, sorry for my poor english language... the equipment : cheap skimmer turboflotor 500 (90 euros) not enough fishes, fluidised filter with anti po4 resine, 1 drop of iodine/day, little refugeum with chaeto algae, 10 ml of bacteria every week, saccharose add (carbone source), 2 kg of micromec (bacteria support), water change 20% every 2 weeks with natural sea water, add CA and KH every day, Ramp ATI sirius X2, 4 pump tunze 6025, param : density 1025, CA 450, MG 1420, PH 8.2, NO3 0.1, PO4 0, KH 9-10, 6 years old tank, 70cm x 70 x 70

Really nice tank! Do you run the seawater through a UV filter or just straight from the ocean?

thank you, no uv filter, my reef shop taking water in the denmark sea every week since years and years

Tubastrea eats in the evening... always at the same hour, open at 09 pm everyday

I don't think I have ever seen a reef tank set up with all of the live rock in one corner like that......it looks really good.
