I will recheck the wiring diagram on the 2803. I have more wiring to do on my outlets. I ran out of wire buying more today.

I did check my uln2803 and going from the right side of the board its right. However thanks to @Ranjib I did find that the chip has 9 pins but the holder has 10 which makes 1 wire off on the left side. The black jumper wie is off 1 spot. I will move it over and it should be ok.

I unsoldered my one wire but now I am getting a resistance reading between the ground and 3.3 rail. Tried cleaning up the board. I have a new board on order now. Better to check before ruining my raspberry. I can work on the outlets for now.

I have been busy with my father-in-law, holidays and even took a cruise to relax. I have some parts on order for the build. I did decided in the meantime to basically do a practice board, just to get better at soldering and setting up the controller. I haven't figured out if I want it all in 1 box under the tank or remote mount it. In the meantime, I will just try learning as much as I can from everyone else's build.

I have a question. I was able to wire my 8 channel relay, made up the outlets in reef pi, and they all work except for my # 7 relay. I tested the #7 relay by switching wires and it works. I am using #22 GPIO for this. What should I look for or what reading should I have at the #7 relay?

@Ranjib, I solved the relay problem which was easy. It was a bad solder joint.
I now have a problem that I cannot solve. When I was trying to get my temp probe to work and was looking at the screen, I made a mistake and checked the box that was said use HTTPS. The minute I reloaded I realized that I had made a mistake but it was too late. I can log in to the raspberry but not the reef-pi. Looking for some advice from anyone.

Sorry I have not been very prompt on this, was busy with apartment move.
This https thing is a common mistake, what happens is user enable https without changing the port. So, reef-pi runs https server in http port (80) which confuses browser. You can be explicit in your reef-pi address while accessing the UI from browser to fix this : https://<IP>:80 . Once reef-pi ui is accessivle change the address from configuration section to use "0.0.0.0:443" and that should fix it, now you should be able access reef-pi using standard https://<IP> .
Test your circuit at every junction on this path using a multimeter. Check if the GPIO22 is working as expected (i.e. you should get 0V or 3.3V when you turn the outlet on/off). If thats working then proceed checking with ULN2803 side if thats giving expected 12v or 0v (remember to use the GND side of multi meter to ULN2803 output pin and +Ve side of the multimeter on the 12V power supply). If thats working then check the jumpers/pins for continuity.

Today has been an exciting morning. I have my outlets programmed, temp is now working, and I have been playing around with the dashboard. I can't wait to start on my final board. I plan on this controller controlling my temp, outlets, and ato. I eventually will build the doser, ph, and control for the sb lights.

Very cool. I would suggest that if your planning to add other modules later make sure that you plan them out carefully, make sure you have room for them in your enclosure and the ability to add the circuitry easily to your existing setup.
I didn't preplan a couple of thing and that's part of the reason I ended up basically rebuilding my whole system. If you can, overbuild from the start, even if it's stuff you don't plan on using right now you'll be glad you did later.

Or just put minimal effort into the first few iterations in terms of aesthetics, that’s my justification anyhow!
I did buy parts that can be reused or are cheap for my first builds for testing. For example, paid the extra $4 and bought higher current rated power supplies.
In other words, commit to a more comprehensive build later when you have everything laid out to your liking.

Hope the move went well!
It was ok. Everything except that livestock went very smooth. I lost/damaged quiet a few corals . And the problem was complicated by limited water/holding capacity and stores being closed. In retrospect I should have done the live stock swapping over multiple days.
Anyway , most of my acros got broken , but I’m hopeful I can grow them back, this also gave me a long due chance to give away some larger lps , softies , monti caps etc

Just a couple of questions. Where you hook up the temp probe, can you hook up more than 1 and use the same resistor? The other question I have is with a fuge light. How would you program the outlet to come on at midnight and shut off 8 am daily?
