Can anyone help me identify this piece that I noticed a few days ago? The picture doesn't show its true color. It is white in the middle/base and a pinkish hairy things on it ([emoji15] )

It look like a baby Leather coral. I have the same thing on one of my rocks, but I used to have an green Neon Tip Umbrella coral in my tank.
