I have a JBJ nano cube 28 gallon and I am wanting to upgrade the return pump on it. What would be a good return pump that would fit in the back compartment of the tank?

On my Coral life biocube 29 I went with Cobalt maxi jet 1200. It does about 290gph. Been going since 2014. Clean it about once a year.

Thanks. I have an MJ 1200 for my ATO, and I was thinking of ordering a couple more of them for the return pumps but I didn't know if there were better options out there.

I think the MJ is a good option, you could get a spin stream or something like that if you want to fancy it up.

I am wanting to order them from BRS since they are having a fourth of July sale today but they are out of the cobalt pumps. They have the marine land maxi-jet 1200 in stock. Are they a good option for a return pump?

Look at the reviews on BRS. A lot of negative when compared to cobalt. Noisy, not durable etc.

Thanks. I read some reviews and it sounds like they are to loud for what I wanted to use. I ended up ordering some Sicce pumps since they were reviewed as being very quiet.
