I need to set up a nano frag tank. I haven't been able to find a stand alone tank that's shallow and fits the dimensions of my 25 gallon stand, so I am just going to use racks to raise up my frags. So I am looking for two things, possibly, one a skimmer. I haven't decided if I am going to use a skimmer or just do water changes and a good coral grow light. My preference is T-5 but if I can find something that will fit over the tank that's smaller and has a good growth record, I will consider it. I'd like to stay under 250.00 for the light if possible. I am not against used lights, so I can do that too if need be.

Anyhow, thanks in advance.

Look into nanotech t5 ho reflectors on -amazon, cheap, reliable, can be daisy cahin linked and just throw in your prefered bulbs to the equation and a pair of timers; good coverage, growth on the cheap....

Skimmer maybe...only if you will have livestock in there other than coral, if not WCs will be enough

I only plan on utilizing a couple of snails maybe a pest eating fish and something for algae (emerald crab?), but that's it.
