i have a 30g reef and i am currently running current orbit usa lights and have been for a little over a year. Not getting the sustainability i was hoping for. been looking for new lights and ran across the AI Prime. looks like a great little light. Wondering if anyone has had any experiences good or bad with the product. Also just saw that the AI Prime HD came out. So, i think im gonna go that route.

I use Ai Prime in my tank, I am very happy with the results I've seen in corals and feel the price vs quality ratio is excellent.

The application seems pretty good and functional to achieve the spectrum that one desires along with the programming that you can tell.

These days came the Ai Prime HD, if you ask me I have not used the HD, I do not think it's possible that a Led more than 100% capacity, I feel that it is technically impossible, however, I think now only the HD are sold and are equally excellent lights and have great support.

Same size small mixed reef here and I went with one AI Hydra 26 HD and love it. However, the form factor of the new AI Prime HD is awesome, if it gives you the proper coverage it will definitely be a purchase for me! Good luck and keep us posted

Very well put @Bpc9876 I also went from the orbit marine to 2 Hydra 26 hd's in my 72 gallon tank and I am very happy. In another week after a acclamation cycle my Blues will bet in the Hd mode. I also like that one can upload and down settings to see what work and what does not
