NO clue what you're asking. Is it that you have a Ration G3 that is not working? And you want to do a factory reset? But - "Press and hold the center button until all buttons flash red, white, and blue then release. Press and hold all 3 buttons until the buttons flash red and purple then release. Press and hold the outer 2 buttons until the Radion resets then release."

Try going to Tools > Device Not Found Wizard and follow the on screen prompts. If you continue to have issues, please call us at 1-800-785-0338 ex. 2.

Found this on another forum.in my screenshot.one about reset without usb connection.so if cant get advice how to do it or just wont do it,give ecotech a call for whichever country deals with your country and see if they can tell you if possible

i need to make it controllable
Unfortunately, youre not giving enough information. 1. How are you trying to control it? Do you have a reef link? Do you have it directly controlled by your computer and the App? Depending on which way you're doing it - you have different steps to follow.

But - these are the instructions from the manual - the link to the manual is below:
"1. Disconnect via USB and power down all Radions for at least 30 seconds.
2. Log on to EcoSmart Live using Google Chrome or Safari.
3. Select the “Schedule Options” button then “Export Schedule”.
4. Select “Settings” then “New Profile” and “Yes”.
5. Log out of EcoSmart Live.
6. Connect via USB to a single Radion.
7. Right click the Connection Manager icon and select “USB Radion”
then “Factory Reset” and “Yes”.
8. Repeat step 6-7 for each light.
9. Log on to EcoSmart Live and program your lights using the
Aquarium Setup.
10. Re-import your saved scheduling using the “Schedule Options”
button.
11. Finally select the “Program All” button to save all changes.

PS - its pretty common for there to be cloudy days for DAYS on the ocean and the reef does ok. I agree with you - that fixing it quickly is important - I am just saying don't stress about a couple days. If its longer - use the coral acclimation setting. Hope you get it working

While you manage to sort the light out,if you cant turn the intensity down, could you raise your lights up somehow so corals are further away from the light.
I know not ideal but could do as a temporary fix maybe ?
Just until you get to grips how to turn the lights down.
Like some thin threaded wire and plugs into your ceiling, will only leave miniscule hole you could patch up after.

I couldn’t. First off it’s a rental second of all I’m a kid and lack the skills for that (despite being able to build stands I can’t hang things) and third I lack the income for that

Ok here a link about hanging lights.wouldnt cost that much in materials i doubt like £ 20 or something and would be very simple to do.

Aw ok just read post you posted.
Fair enough if dont think can do it,i totally understand.maybe your dad could help you do it and as for rental, after take lights down just bit of poli filler to fill in holes .

But ok if not an option you need someone who a wizard on these lights and can help you but calling light manufacturer up and telling them your problem i thought would been your best bet.anyhow good luck and hope someone helps you or you get help

Maybe this guy still got some left at $35 shipped, not sure if you could or not,but just a thought.
