Need help IDing these fish

Hello i have plan to get these fish could someone ID them and let me know if they are easy to care

Looks to be a Canary Blenny of some sort.

Forgot to add about your other questions.

They are very easy to care for, can be found as captive breed through numerous supplier (Sustainable Aquatics for example), can live in large groups, can be mixed with other types of fang blennys, and are funny fish. Be aware, once used to you, they will photo bomb every pic you take unless you drop food opposite of where you are taking the pic. I have quite a few of these in each of my tanks and they are awesome fish.
