Hi, how does it look now ??

still opening?
spots getting bigger?

are they black ?
can you post another recent pic?

Are spots stationery or moving? Im thinking algae trying to form.
Try giving the overall trunk GENTLE blasts of water from a turkey baster. If they continue to get larger, I would increase flow a little. This is not part of a molt but rater stress or pathogen bacteria
Also what is your salinity, water temp, nitrate and phosphate level ?

What is age of tank and what test kits are you using?
Focus on Phos-nitrate-ammonia-ph and salinity levels

The spots are stationery.
Tank is one year old, I use salifert tests.
latest parameters:
Salinity 35ppm
Temp 25*C
NO2 0
NO3 5
Ammonia 0
Kh 8.5
PO4 0.0 salifert
Ph 8-8.2

Hi,yellow...i'm at a loss poss eggs of some sort??
i do see a couple white spots where some maybe have come off ?

I see some yellow sponge growing on it. I have that on a few corals and does not seem to bother them. The white is also pretty normal. If it begins to close up for over a week, let us know. May want to get an iodine dip.

I would leave it for now.
