Hey all, super appreciate the pics and comments. Keep them coming!

All of you testing should have a version that fixes the broken (R)ed slider now. I have some ideas in order to simplify the interface and perhaps add a quick overview of what the sliders do. I was hoping that after a bunch of testing I could go back to have just 1 slider in the app but as it turns out each light and each coral needs a little different recipe of sliders. So, back to the drawing board to make this easy to use again, ha.

Major feedback items so far:
  • Return to default controls - an easy way to return to defaults if you went a little too nuts with sliders :-D
  • Tutorial screen - might be nice to do a quick overview of the different controls or try to simplify the app
  • Add numeric values - let me see numbers on all sliders so I can return to the ones that work best
  • Warmth and Saturation - can we control this as a bonus 2 more values
  • Brightness - wayyy too sensitive, it's blowing out shots
  • Blueness over-compensation - need a way to accommodate tanks that aren't blue light specials
  • Provide a simple / advanced mode for those of you who were perfectly fine with the single slider of version 1.0
  • Edit already taken photos - be able to edit photos already taken (not sure I can do this totally because pre-shot is the ideal time to adjust)
I think, this version 2.0 is good to go as-is, so that I can start work on a few more of the bullets above.
Any objections?

John, thanks for the invite, awesome app so far. I only took 2 very quick shots before work this morning and I am already impressed. This is with only blue moonlights, so I am eager to give it a go at night under normal lights.

One feature request I had - could you add manual focus? Autofocus seems to hunt for a while and often doesn't focus on the coral.

I'll try it if there's spots available. I use a Maxspect R420r run heavy with blue, ch1 70% whites and ch2 100% blues.

Regular camera app....

Question: how often does the app focus? When I try to switch from micro to macro it's a bit slow to transition.

0% white 25% blue 100% royal blue. Same Yuma.

I love that the color matches so close to actual visual appearance. In this pic the sand around the Yuma is a bit darker than seen by the eye but the coral looks pretty much just like it.

I find that taking Micro shots is a little easier to color match than whole tank.

I think I figured out the focus; if you tap where you want to focus...

The more I use the app the easier it is to match with actual.

LOVE THE APP!!!! Really easy to use. I have AI Hydras. It was in the sunset phase of lighting. The corals look great in pics I took. I did think that coraline algae looked a bit off though, but since that isn't the main goal. It is all good. I will try to post pics later.

You already bought the app, maybe you can still get in on this beta! I wonder if he has any black box users already reporting.

Hey all! Just a heads up, version 2.0 just hit the stores! I did a shoutout to R2R in the screenshot and description and featured a few of your shots!
Keep the feedback coming as I'm already working on refinements to 2.0 based on all your messages. You guys rock so hard!

Here's the link for those of you who want to help pay for the beer I drank to make this app. :-D
