You already bought the app, maybe you can still get in on this beta! I wonder if he has any black box users already reporting.
Yes he does I use 2 hobbie bug 24” models
These pics were late last night like 830ish by far the best pic I have ever gotten from my phone of my golden torch

Thanks for sharing! Glad to see some of the colors got off the page. That said is tricked out in blue light and it looks like the camera sensor is getting overwhelmed. I'm trying to think what else I could do to correct for that. For instance, if we did blue color replacement, it probably wouldn't look very real.

Hey all, for those of you that did buy the app, can you do me another huge favor and rate the app on iTunes. When you post a new version it resets the ratings and I want to make sure peeps outside R2R aren't just looking at version 1.0 feedback. SUPER appreciated.

Next testing build will have a reset for auto mode, brightness slider sensitivity dialed back, and values for warmth, brightness, and filter so you can reference any and all values that got your shots the way you wanted.

Once that's out, Android development will begin!

I honestly didn’t look John. I was just going by what I saw on the screen and what I was seeing in the tank. I will try again later today and make note of the values.

Oh, all good. I had a few guys email me about perhaps saving those values somewhere so that they become defaults. Not sure if that makes the interface too messy but trying to work it in. That's the trouble with all the functions, I wish I could go back to just a single slider but there are just wayyy too many variables.

Saved presets indeed sounds awesome. John anything new in test build 3 that showed up today?

Red 2.5
Green 1.0
Blue 1.0

Really nice. Okay good to note on those values and great pic!

Just for those who are checking these pics out and haven't tried out the app, check out how much yellow/green is in the room behind the tank. You can see how the app is working to power thru blues by using the other end of the spectrum. It's equivalent to adding a gel or lens to your smartphone and the reason it works so well is using the full power of the graphics chip to tell it what it wants from the sensor.

Finally got around to playing with the app. First would like to say thanks to john for developing an app like this. Defiantly headed in the right direction with making it easier to take pics on our phones.
I took these pics with my iPhone 7+ of my sons 20g drop off tank that's light by black box LED.

First pic taken with the app

Pic taken with no app or gel filter

Pic taken with no filter or app but corrected in photo editing app with WB adjusted

And lastly a quick video I took using the app

First impressions.
For taking quick pics and videos it's a great app. Just as easy of using a gel filter but without the head aches of trying to find where the kids hid the filter or getting it to stay attached to the phone.
I never enjoyed tryn to take pics under led for the amount of post edit it takes to make them look even half good. This app defiantly helps with that.

I still have to play with the app under my other lights MH and T5 and see how it does.

Thanks for testing and posting your results! Stellar and glad to see some video, too.
The pic you posted you edited in post, was that shot done in RAW? Just curious. Really cool tank.

Red bar is not working... but this is without it. Also just moon light which is normally impossible to get any kind of picture.

Thanks for sharing! You are working off the wrong beta. Update your app in Testflight to 2.0(3) to get the red bar back moving.
