Ordered my kit coming in Friday I’ll test and inform y’all ASAP pushing the prime HD to 100% on a 10 gallon really?

Best thing to do would be to borrow or buy a decent PAR meter and see what kind of light you really have hitting those corals. Other than that it's really hard to say without seeing it directly. Insufficient light is one cause of corals not growing. Your other parameters aren't horrible. pH could be higher. An airstone might be useful there. A CO2 scrubber might be overkill for a tank that size but I'd maybe consider it. Does the Tidal have a built-in skimmer? Attach a CO2 scrubber to its air input.
