Can anyone identify this creature. Thought it was part of rock till it moved. Been loosing a lot of coral and not sure why. Could this be problem? Took a bit but I pulled it out as it was going into sand. Hard as a rock. Thanks. image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg

Ya, it's a beautiful chiton. He's probably going to get a little big and bulldozer-like. But I would keep and enjoy him until he starts to act the fool.
