Gang! Send help! I’ve had this tank for a year now and everyone is doing well, we have had a bit of a battle with algae but that’s finally being won and disappearing! I was doing my usual check today once the lights went on and found that the rock has all these were tentacles coming out of it! It seems there are small white dots with 2 of these feelers/tentacles coming from the white dot! They aren’t the spiral worms as I also have some of those, the white dot is just a dot and not a spiral! Send help! Also not had any new tank mates for over 4 months so not sure where they’ve came from!

I always thought they were spionid worms, I have loads of them in my TBS rock. They don't seem to bother anything, although google says they can bore into hard coral.

I have some of those too, they are in a spiral shell with tiny filter bits but these seem to just be a dot with 2 tentacles each

No, those circle ones are spirorbid worms. Those two tentacle ones are spionid worms.

But I can see how the names being so close could be confusing.
