Coming Soon: HyperReef Gen 2 is expected to be released in Canada and Europe (including the UK) in the first half of 2025.Does anyone know when these will be available in europe or in aliexpress?
More than enoughI have a 10g IM Nuvo cube and wanted to upgrade to these lights from some random led fixture I have currently.
Will the 100 be enough for soft and lps coral?
Thanks!

Way more spread than my Reef Breeders and less of a disco ball effect. That is great that alk consumption is up! More photosynthesis and coral growth!! I am actually really liking the stronger whites on the AB+ during the peak hours and then having a more blue during the morning and evening. I get to view my corals under both everyday. And like you mentioned earlier it may just be my eye, but my corals coloration seems better and they really pop. My par readings were really good and there weren't any real hot spots, which I had some with my Reef Breeders.Well I'm still watching it but thus far, alkalinity consumption has gone up. Looking like these things putting out more spread and/or intensity than the Reef Breeders might not just be my imagination.

I have a 75 gallon I am going to set up in a couple months. Would I need 2 of the 200 w lights or would 2 150 w be better?
I am thinking about it. Its the Photon v2pro 50Selling ur reef breeders?
Yea, I'm surprised but I think I agree. The light is just so much more blanketing the whites don't bother me as much. And the blues permeate the tank at night.Way more spread than my Reef Breeders and less of a disco ball effect. That is great that alk consumption is up! More photosynthesis and coral growth!! I also had the reefbreeder photon v2 48 (non Wi-Fi) about year n half ago & also think these nicrews are better color and spreadYea, I'm surprised but I think I agree. The light is just so much more blanketing the whites don't bother me as much. And the blues permeate the tank at night.
That would make senseJust got my 150 gen 2 and controller. Am I understanding the controller programming that in order to reduce the intensity, I just have to reduce each color? For example, the AB+ setting has blues and violets at 100 and white, red and green at 25 and if I want to cut intensity in half I need to reduce blues and violets to 50 and the others to 12?
I don’t want to burn my corals with max settings and not sure if there is an acclimation setting on the controller.
Correct understanding. Think of it as a dimmer dial for each LED color.Just got my 150 gen 2 and controller. I would say they are special. Bang for your buck special LOLCertainly not trying to state the Nicrews are anything special but since changing my lights, my alk consumption has gone nuts. I keep upping my dosing and the alk keeps dropping. I think I can notice the difference in growth rate too but that's harder to be sure about.
