New to saltwater need help with rodi water

Hello im very very new to saltwater aquariums i have a fresh water tank that has been up for about 2 years but now i face the problem with rodi machines and im not too sure on how i would connect mine to my plumbing. I dont know if i should connect it directly to the water lines or if i should use the sinks in my house?

I attach mine directly to the water line in my laundry room, but some rodi units come with attachments that attach to the sink. It can be done either way.

i put a tee on my supply line to my kitchen sink.. in an apartment so space was the big issue. unit fits under the sink and i just run waste and product lines out when using. biggest thing ive found that was useful by far is a booster pump. greatly increased my waste/product ratio

I have mine attached under my kitchen sink. It works great there for me.

Good morning, here are a couple pictures of my RO system. Our water does not have many solids in it, so I opted for just an RO rather than RO/DI. I went with APEC brand because it is American made, and a well known brand with good reviews. It was very easy to install, the hoses are color coded. I am a 61 year old woman and I installed it no issues. The hardest part was drilling thru the stainless sink.
