The office tank got a new right side scape yesterday. It also had about 30 bta removed over the last week. The reason for the new scape

I did a deep clean of office tank. Page calls days my tank doesn't look good. Help. I asked for a pic. The sand had cyano on it.

I made up 10g sw. Siphoned the sand, cleaned foam, added filter floss and replaced carbon. That should help.

Deep cleaned the tank and added snow and mb7. Before cleaning I removed 25 bta.

It's been well over due for an update.
I removed 2 rocks with about 20 rbta. On Monday I added a rock and changed the scape. Over all I'm happy with it. I pulled the left side rock forward and angled it with 2 arches. It's added more depth and higher than the right side. I find it to be more pleasing to the eye and it works well for the fish.

Its a sad day the office tank is going to go to a new home.

My branch manager took a promotion. He said the tank is mine.
The New branch manager doesn't want it in his office.

My buddy Nick was talking about setting up a small tank for his granddaughter. After talking to him about the office tank he said that would be even better. He's really excited about it.

The good news is that I will continue to do the maintenance of it so I will still get to see it.

Hopefully I can get him to post pictures and updates on here. That may be asking a bit much.

Well day finally arrived.

Yesterday nick and I started taking the tank down. We started around 1030. By 1430 the tank was set back up. We replaced 20lbs of the sand and I added 10lbs of the old sand. No way I was going to reuse all that sand.


Today I went back over and changed out the filter floss
