I have this light on a 15inx15inx15in cube, which I plan on keeping nems in. Mixture of high end and mid end nems. What's some of yalls lighting schedule for this light? Should I run thus light on a very lower setting?

I have this light. But I’m a beginner and don’t know what settings are good. I started pretty low with my live rock and sand only for a few weeks. I recently went to the settings you see here. Don’t copy me until someone knowledgeable answers though. (I do like some whites, so those track the blues/uv, fyi).

This is my first light that I can program lol. Use to good old nicrews that have 5 settings
