hey everyone ill try to make this short. I have a few concerns with my shrooms. I currently run a nuvo 10 with a kessil a80 light with no powerhead and no skimmer. My alk is 10.5 and po4 is 0.07, salinity 1.025, I have all high end shrooms with a couple of nems and torches. My question is my shrooms have detached from the rock so i had to move them into a shroom box with crushed corals to make them safe. Some of the ones detached are babies as well. Any idea what it could be? should I be concerned? if it helps my nems mouths are closed and torches are extended.

They sometimes will do that if they are trying to move and have to cross a gap or something. A large amount of flow may also be the culprit. I would also check their foot to make sure they aren't damaged or anything.

I’ll check the foot. Flow is minimal if not no flow at all
