Paul, is there a question in there somewhere?

I need advice/opinions on using seachem prime in my aquarium fowlr/corals

OK, what kind of advice? Should you use it? How do you use it? when do you use it?
Is it a new aquarium set up? Do you have fish or corals or other inverts in it yet (or already)? Are you testing water parameters? Is the tank cycled?

Tank 1 year old with fish and corals just heard caution that not sure if good

I've never used Prime. I believe it is used to reduce chlorine, chloramine and ammonia, right?

Do you have an problem with any of them? If so which one?

It is perfectly safe to use if you follow the instructions. But it's mostly used in new systems or when something goes wrong like a fish dying and trapped in the rocks where it can't be removed and causes an ammonia spike that your bacteria can't handle.
