Ocellaris clownfish has white spots

80L/20G tank, running for 2 weeks now.
1 inch layer of Caribsea ARAG-ALIVE and dosing Aquaforest Bio S every day.
Added 2 clownfish 5 days ago. They seem to be doing fine, they're energetic and eating well.
However, yesterday I saw a white spot near the pectoral fin on my black/white ocellaris but forgot to test the water.
Today I saw a few new white spots and for a brief moment he was kind of twitching.
Tested the water:
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0,5 - 1,0 mg/L
Nitrate: 10 - 20 mg/L
Did a 25% water change.

What are these spots?
Did the nitrites/nitrates cause this?
What to do next? Fish shops are closed now (I live in the Netherlands), but I have garlic?

Mixing up new saltwater now for another 25% water change

Could really use pictures under bright white lighting- No Blue making it hard to see, however these dts are Not in alignment with ich, at least yet and may be sand grains.
Ich parasite will multiply in both number of dots and location on fish each 24 hours. Revisit again and see if the dots are gone this time tomorrow.
Also, disregard nitrite which is freshwater specific.
How are you testing water?

These dont look like sand grains but may be from a small injury

Those marks aren’t ich, in a pattern like that they look more like an scrape injury.

Nitrite is not toxic to marine fish, but it is deadly to FW fish. Ammonia is the thing to worry about.
